Community Association

The Sherwood Lakes Community Homeowners Association is open to all residents.

Community Association

The Community Association is responsible for the maintenance of both lakes and shorelines, the playgrounds, specific portions of the walking trails, and the front entrance signs. Homes on Locksley Arch are subject to Sherwood Lakes Community Homeowners Association bylaws.
